As a regulated healthcare professional, you pour your heart into others—but who’s there for you?
The TLC community is your space to feel seen, supported, celebrated and never alone in this profession.
Let’s redefine what support looks like in this profession—together.

💛 Connect with Ontario regulated healthcare professionals who live life with you—not just talk shop.
✨ Prioritize self-care with built-in accountability (so you don’t burn out).
🛠️ Stay accountable and productive in a community that lifts you up, not competes with you.
🎉 Celebrate your wins—big and small—with people who truly understand.
Because caring for others starts with caring for yourself.
In The TLC Community, you don’t have to do it all alone. We believe that real change happens when we’re gently held accountable, surrounded by people who get it.
Staying informed shouldn't feel overwhelming.

💡 No competition. Just encouragement, wisdom, and support.
🎉 A community that celebrates YOU. Whether it’s launching your practice, surviving a tough week, or landing a dream client—we see you.
Here's Why I Created TLC
I've worked in a number of healthcare settings (paramedic, ER and therapist) and with a number of healthcare professionals and know how tough being a healthcare provider can be.
When I launched my private practice, there were days when my only conversations were with clients. No one cheered when I signed my first lease or launched my website. No one checked in when I faced a tough session. No one noticed when I struggled through personal losses while still showing up for my clients.
Our work is deeply fulfilling (which is why we do our jobs with passion)—but it can also be isolating.
That’s why I built TLC. Because we shouldn’t have to navigate this journey alone. This is more than a network—it’s a place where we see each other, celebrate together, and support one another when the work feels heavy.
💛 We deserve community. We deserve support. We deserve TLC.
